I hope you the head of Rediff.com...I am writing to you to let you know that any company becomes a successful company only when its customers trust it..I have lost trust in your company, your people have cheated me by sending me an old mobile set when i paid for new and then after lot of followup picking up the set and after promising a replacement sending me the same set again but now completely in tatters... Thank you i will remember never to trust rediff again and whenever any friend of mine decides to buy something from rediff telling him about my experience so that he can learn from my experience and not spend money on your site.
It must be very satisfying to make fun of innocent buyers by duping them and offloading old stuff on them. Remember customer care people who are not helping customers are a dead weight and sooner than later get their company to sink

Dear Sir, once upon a time in 1994, I had an opportunity to meet you, face to face, at your office in Worli. I don't remember the building name now but I believe that was the one that collapsed.
I remember the scene very distinctly because I was a rookie then, even at an age of 24, I was kind of naive at being a professional. You had called me for a personal interview and I for one, now realise I probably made some kind of a mistake not being able to decide then about the offer.
(I remember the meeting specifically because of the look in your eyes then. I keep describing this event to my friends at times. :-)
and to refresh your memory, I was working at Sprint RPG then)
But bygone being bygones and I am glad the Rediff brand that you were to launch then and I was to be a part of which has come this far. :)
I have one query though which you if possible can help me with - how does one go about looking and finding a mentor?

Dear Ajit,
You will recall many years ago we were speakers at the RBI training institute at Dadar on Ecommerce.
I am happy for rediffs success over the years.
Recently I usde the services of your web store for a book for my son.
The book was not delivered on time,though i did get an email that the order was delayed.
On further enquiries I discovered that your site just rents out space to various vendors to sell their products and has really no control on the catalog or the quality of service level offered .
I think this is diluting the Rediff Brand you have built over the years and you may want to revisit your strategy.

If you remember Sir I am same person who was in touch with you earlier when you came to Indore some where in 2004-05 for IMA convention.
